Reviews and Ratings
This boutique hotel is a charming departure from typical business accommodations, with a delightful Mexican breakfast and a uniquely cozy atmosphere. However, the comfort of the rooms significantly needs improvement, and vehicle security is an issue, especially at night. While I enjoyed the ambiance and service, the overall condition of the hotel detracted from the experience.
I was excited about staying at Casa Madonna, but unfortunately, it wasn't quite what I expected. While the location is a major plus, being close to Chapultepec and some great restaurants, the hotel itself has lost a lot of its charm. The outdoor space and distinctive rooms have vanished, and I faced issues with my reservation that left me disappointed. Additionally, the noise levels in and around the hotel made it difficult to relax. Overall, for the price, I believe there are better options nearby.
I was really let down by my stay here. The location is decent, close to restaurants, but the rooms were a real disappointment with poor soundproofing and outdated decor. The service was lacking, and overall, I didn’t feel it was worth the price I paid. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort and a good night’s sleep.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this boutique hotel located close to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. The charm of the hotel is undeniable, with a lovely common area, but my sleep quality was unfortunately compromised by street noise and an uncomfortable bed. The service was welcoming and helped us save on taxi fares, making it a decent value for our trip, especially considering the included breakfast.
I had high hopes for this hotel based on the online pictures, but my experience was disappointing. While the staff was accommodating, the rooms left much to be desired, especially regarding noise and size. The breakfast was only okay, and I would recommend looking at other options if you're considering a stay here.
